Luma Next.js template for mobile app landing pages
A Next.js template for a mobile app, with a gradient hero and phone previews, features, pricing, an early-access waitlist page, a support form and a journal.
It is the Next.js edition of the Luma theme: the same pages, sections and motion as the live preview, written as React components and exported as static HTML.
Prefer Astro? See the Luma Astro theme. Both editions are included in the All-Access Pass.
What is in the Luma Next.js project
A complete Next.js project you own, checked page by page against the Astro edition at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
- Next.js 16 with the App Router, React 19 and TypeScript
- The same CSS as the Astro edition, with Tailwind CSS 4 where that edition uses it
- Static export: plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript in out/, no server to run
- Deploy setups for Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages and GitHub Pages
- All the copy in src/config/site.ts, so you rebrand without opening a component
- Translation-ready routes: add a language with one file, right-to-left included
- AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md, so coding assistants know where everything lives
Pages included
The same page set as the Astro edition, each one a route in the Next.js App Router.

Screens from the live preview. The Next.js template renders the same pages.
Questions about the Luma Next.js template
Is Luma a React template?
Yes. Luma is a Next.js 16 project, and Next.js is built on React, so every page and section is a React component. Pages render to HTML when you build, and the interactive parts run as client components in the browser.
Do I need Vercel to host it?
No. The template exports plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript to the out/ folder, so it runs on Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages or any static host. Vercel works too, with no settings. You only need a host that runs Node if you add server features such as API routes.
Does it include sign-in or payments?
No. It is a website template: the pages, the design and the content. The contact and signup forms start in a demo mode and send nothing until you connect a form service.
How is it different from the Luma Astro theme?
It is the same design and the same pages, built with Next.js and React instead of Astro. The two are separate purchases at the same price, and the All-Access Pass includes both. Pick this one if you or your team build in React.
