Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms

By using aerolaunch.app, buying a theme, or downloading a free theme, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the themes.

"AeroLaunch", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of aerolaunch.app. "You" means the buyer or visitor. Contact: hello@aerolaunch.app.

2. What you're buying

An AeroLaunch theme is a source-code project - typically Astro components, styles, configuration, and example content. After payment, Gumroad emails you a receipt containing the download link, and the theme is also available any time from your Gumroad library at gumroad.com/library. The theme is yours to use under the license in section 3.

"Lifetime updates" for a theme means: as long as we maintain that theme, you can re-download new versions for free at no additional charge. We do not guarantee any specific feature, version, or maintenance period.

3. License - what you can do

When you buy a theme (or download a free one), we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use the theme on an unlimited number of personal websites.
• Use the theme on an unlimited number of commercial websites, including websites you build for clients, employers, or your own products.
• Modify the theme however you want - change the design, add features, remove sections, rewrite components, port it to a different framework.
• Combine the theme with your own work and the work of others, including open-source code.
• Receive free updates to the theme for as long as we maintain it.

4. License - what you can't do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme source, in part or in whole - whether modified or not. The "end product" you ship to clients is fine; the theme source itself is not.
• Release the theme (or a derivative of it) as a competing template, starter kit, theme, or boilerplate - free or paid.
• Claim authorship of the theme, or remove or alter our copyright notices in the source.
• Share your Gumroad receipt email, download link, or library access with anyone else - the purchase covers your use, not redistribution.
• Use the theme to build a website that promotes hate, harassment, violence, child sexual abuse material, or otherwise unlawful content.

5. Free themes

Free themes are licensed under the same terms as paid themes, with one addition: you must keep the "Created by aerolaunch.app" credit somewhere visible in the footer of your site (a small link is enough). If you want to remove it, buy the theme.

6. Lifetime bundle

The lifetime bundle gives you the same license (sections 3–4) for every current theme and every theme we release in the future, for as long as AeroLaunch operates. "Forever" means "for the life of the business and its themes" - we'll be honest about it if that changes (see section 11).

7. Refunds

All sales are final once you've downloaded the theme. Full details and exceptions are on the refund policy page.

8. Intellectual property

We own the AeroLaunch themes, the AeroLaunch name and logo, and the content of aerolaunch.app. Buying a theme licenses you to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party libraries bundled with a theme (fonts, icons, open-source dependencies) stay under their own respective licenses.

9. Updates and changes to themes

We may release new versions of any theme, add or remove sections, change visual design, or retire a theme entirely. Existing buyers keep access to the versions they've already downloaded, and we'll do our best to give advance notice of any major change.

10. No warranty

The themes and the site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the theme will fit your specific use case, work with every Astro plugin, or guarantee uptime of any third-party integration referenced in the source.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroLaunch's total liability arising out of or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the theme(s) in question in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - lost profits, lost data, business interruption - even if we knew they were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where AeroLaunch is established. Any dispute that can't be resolved by emailing us first will be brought in the competent courts of that state, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.

13. Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms - for example, by reselling the theme source. If we do, you must stop using the theme. License restrictions (section 4) survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to your future purchases and continued use of the site. For purchases you've already completed, the license you received at the time of purchase continues to apply.
