Refund Policy

1. The default rule

Themes are delivered as immediately-usable source-code downloads. Once Gumroad has sent you the receipt with the download link (and made the theme available in your library), the product has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense — you already have it.

For that reason, we don't issue refunds for:

• Changes of mind after download.
• Choosing the wrong theme.
• Finding out the theme doesn't fit your project after you started using it.
• Not having the skills or time to customize it.
• Discovering a feature isn't included after purchase (every theme's feature list is published on its page — please read it).
• Project scope changes on your end (client backed out, pivot, etc.).

2. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumer law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, that right is lost once delivery has started with your explicit consent, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so.

By completing checkout on Gumroad, you request immediate delivery of the theme — the download link is sent at the moment of payment and the theme appears in your Gumroad library straight away. By proceeding with the purchase under those conditions you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for the delivered theme. This is part of our terms of sale, which you accept at checkout.

3. When we will refund

We always want you to be happy with what you paid for. We'll refund in these cases:

• Genuinely broken theme. If the theme is fundamentally broken — for example, it doesn't build with a clean npm install and the documented setup — and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can request a refund.
• You can't download. If a technical issue on our side or Gumroad's side prevents you from ever receiving the theme and we can't resolve it, we'll refund the purchase.
• Accidental duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same theme twice (or bought a single theme and then immediately bought the lifetime bundle without using the first), email us and we'll refund the duplicate, provided you haven't already used both download links.
• Unauthorized purchase. If your payment method was used without your consent, contact us — and Gumroad — immediately.

4. How to request a refund

1. Email hello@aerolaunch.app within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include your Gumroad order number (from the receipt) and a short description of the issue. For technical issues, include any error messages or screenshots — it helps us actually fix the problem.
3. We respond within 3 business days. If we approve the refund, it's processed through Gumroad and typically lands in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank.

5. Lifetime bundle

The same rules apply to the all-themes lifetime bundle. Once you've downloaded any theme included in the bundle, the bundle is considered delivered.

6. Free themes

Free themes are, well, free — there's nothing to refund. If something is broken, please report it so we can fix it for everyone.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us first before opening a chargeback with your bank — most issues are easier to resolve directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your access being revoked and your email being blocked from future purchases.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in effect on the day of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
