Estate
Estate is the most domain-specific theme in the set — it ships with /properties/[slug]/ listing routes, /guides/[slug]/ buyer-guide routes, and a property-card-led homepage. Best for luxury real estate, vacation rentals, boutique hospitality, and any “browse a curated list” business.

Included pages
Section titled “Included pages”/— homepage with property carousel, featured listings, agents, contact/properties/and/properties/[slug]/— property listing index + detail pages/guides/and/guides/[slug]/— buyer’s guides (real Markdown content, not blog-style)/agents/— agent directory/about/,/contact/,/blog/,/blog/[slug]//sections/,/privacy/,/terms/
What makes Estate different
Section titled “What makes Estate different”- Properties as content —
siteConfig.estate.properties[](or a content collection in newer builds) drives both the featured grid on the homepage and the/properties/[slug]/detail pages. Each property has price, beds/baths, sqft, location, gallery, description. - Guides as a distinct route —
/guides/isn’t a blog re-skin. It has its own card design (more editorial, more imagery, no author byline). Best for “How to buy in Aspen” / “Tax tips for foreign buyers” content. - Warm dark CTAs — submit buttons are dark bronze rather than the brand color. Distinctive.
What’s next
Section titled “What’s next”- Writing blog posts — guides follow the same Markdown / frontmatter pattern.
- Customize → Pages — replacing the demo properties is usually the first step.
